If a nation values anything more than its original religion, then it will lose its independence. It will be conquered by another nation which values its religion above everything else. The irony of it is that if it is democracy, technology, and prosperity that the nation values, it will lose these too once it is conquered by another nation which is obsessively focused on religion. Religious nations become world conquerors; the secular nations decline and fall.

But let me tell you what!
Back then, I always thought that IIT Bombay was good, but that it was worse than IIT Kanpur, which was worse than IIT Kharagpur, which was worse than IIT Delhi, which was worse than IIT Madras.
And, that, they *all* were bad, given their publicity, influence, economics-wise allocations in the Planning Commission (committed to committing horrors in the gross, just the "neeti-aayog" these days does). [BTW, the latter is a composite Sanskrit word, Anoop. Just in case you failed to notice it, which, I'm sure, you mustn't have.]

It is because the Muslims and the Christians in that era of conquests were great fundamentalists. They were completely united behind the slogan of "One God, One People, One Nation, One Monarch." Or were they mere destroyers? Again, Anoop, you contradict yourself. And such contradictions do run very deeply into the Indian Army and the Indian Army Brat backgrounds, especially if the writer is from the Brahmin caste.
A Brahmin-casteist, Anoop, remember, has never to drink to talk or write non-sense. The mere fact that he is a Brahmin is enough, in your Indian ethos.
